We encourage you to use our online return portal below. It allows you to dispatch your return quickly at a competitive shipping rate, which can also help speed up your refund processing time.

  • Return Window: You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date you received your shipment (this constitutes a withdrawal from a distance sales contract).

  • Shipping Cost: You cover the cost of shipping the return package. Please note: We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.

  • Refund Timeline: Once your package arrives, we will issue a refund within 14 days from the date the shipment is received at our headquarters.

  • Reason for Return: You do not need to provide a reason for the return (withdrawal), but we would be very grateful if you did, as it helps us improve our products.

  • Documentation: Please enclose the completed return form available [HERE] in your package, or simply include your order number and a note specifying which products you are returning.

  • Product Condition: Returned items must not show any signs of use and must have their original tags attached.

  • ATTENTION: Items that are part of a set (e.g., pajama sets consisting of shirts and trousers, or pillowcases included in bedding sets) cannot be returned individually or exchanged for a different size.

  • Parcel Lockers: Packages sent directly to InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty) will not be collected.

COMPLAINTS (WARRANTY)

For all products purchased in our store, you are entitled to statutory rights regarding product non-conformity with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.

  1. Submitting a Complaint: If you wish to file a complaint about a product, please email us at shop@whitepocket.pl, describing the issue and attaching relevant photos.

  2. Your Rights:

    • Repair or Replacement: In the case of a defective product, you may request that the product be replaced with a defect-free one or that the defect be removed. The seller may refuse to grant your request if bringing the defective product into compliance with the contract in the manner you chose is impossible or would involve excessive costs compared to the alternative method.

    • Price Reduction or Contract Withdrawal: If replacing or repairing the product is impossible or involves excessive costs, you may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract. You may also exercise these rights if the seller fails to replace the product or remove the defect within a reasonable time and without excessive inconvenience to you. Please note that you cannot withdraw from the contract if the defect is minor.

  3. Shipping the Product: If we request that you send the product back to us, please ship the package to:

    You can use the return shipping tool located at the top of this page by selecting "Complaint" (Reklamacja) as the reason for your return.

    Note: We do not recommend using Poczta Polska (Polish Post) due to frequent delivery issues to our headquarters.

     

  4. Complaint Form: Please include the completed complaint form available [HERE] inside the package.

  5. Processing Time: Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the defective product.
