Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the general rules for the activation and use of the White Pocket Gift Card.

  2. Capitalized terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:

    • a) Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions of the White Pocket Gift Card.

    • b) Issuer – the issuer of the White Pocket Gift Card: Lepre Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Juszkowo (83-000) at ul. Jar Raduni 19, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 6040254299.

    • c) White Pocket Gift Card or White Pocket Virtual Gift Card – a bearer voucher issued in physical or electronic (digital) form, which entitles the User to redeem it in the online store at www.whitepocket.pl.

    • d) Purchaser – any person who transfers monetary funds to the Issuer in exchange for the provision of the White Pocket Gift Card.

    • e) User – any holder of the White Pocket Gift Card.

    • f) Goods – items offered for sale in the online store at www.whitepocket.pl.

2. Rules of Use

  1. White Pocket Gift Cards are strictly bearer cards.

  2. The White Pocket Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

  3. The White Pocket Gift Card is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of its issuance to the Purchaser. The validity period of the Gift Card cannot be extended.

  4. In the event that the price of the Goods purchased by the User using the White Pocket Gift Card exceeds the remaining balance available on the White Pocket Gift Card, the User shall be obliged to pay the difference using their preferred available payment method.

  5. In the event that the price of the Goods purchased by the User using the White Pocket Gift Card is lower than the remaining balance available on the White Pocket Gift Card, the remaining balance on the card shall be forfeited.

3. Product Returns – Settlement Rules

  1. In the event of a return of Goods purchased using a Gift Card, the User will receive new funds from the Issuer corresponding to the price of the returned Goods. These new funds will be credited to a new Gift Card, which the Issuer will issue to the User upon processing the return of the Goods. The Gift Card issued by the Issuer in accordance with this provision shall have a 6-month validity period, starting from the day of its issuance.

4. Liability and Complaints Regarding the Gift Card

  1. The Store shall not be held liable for Gift Cards that have been lost, stolen, or damaged after being delivered to the Purchaser.

  2. If the funds on the Gift Card remain unused upon the expiration of its validity period, the User shall not have the right to request a refund of the monetary funds transferred to the Issuer.

  3. In the event of loss, destruction, or theft of the Gift Card, the User shall have no claims against the Issuer.
