After verifying fabric availability and our production schedule, we will prepare a personalized quote and estimate the delivery time for you.

Typically, out-of-stock items return to our shop within 2–3 weeks. To make sure you don't miss the restock, we encourage you to use the "Notify me when available" feature found on the product page. You will receive an automatic email as soon as the item is back in stock. If you need more precise information regarding dates, feel free to contact us via email or phone.

Due to logistical and accounting reasons, direct exchanges are not possible. If the chosen color or size does not meet your expectations, simply return the item and place a new order.

Our warehouse does not operate a physical pick-up point. However, we make every effort to ensure that each courier shipment reaches our customers lightning-fast and in pristine condition.

The order of the numbers matters! For a duvet cover, the first value represents the width, and the second represents the length (from the head of the bed to the foot). This means that 220 x 200 cm bedding is designed for wide beds where more coverage is needed on the sides. This is the standard size available in our regular collection.

However, if you need a 200 x 220 cm size, we will gladly custom-sew it for you as an individual order – just send us an email at shop@whitepocket.pl.
